I normally couldn’t be bothered with, ‘rate my service’ requests – but I’m more than happy to in this case. Dieter and his trusty men moved me on a weekend, which I was dreading…moving being up there with dying and divorce. Well try as I may, (which is my normal default position), to find something wrong – they were simply amazing. No fuss or bother – they simply got on with the job. Wrapped everything in clingfilm, so no scratches and wrapped breakables in wads of paper so nothing broke. There was not a single thing I can carp about; which in the waterless, powerless South Africa is nothing short of miraculous. As people say in a different context -“You couldn’t make it up… “

Swiss Movers responded very quickly to my request for quote on short notice. Thereafter everything progressed efficiently, Dieter kept in contact with updates on the day of the move. The team from Swiss Movers were punctual on the day, polite, careful and thorough in their work. If wrapping is requested, all furniture is wrapped up which can come in extremely handy on a rainy day as was our case.
They also clean up after themselves giving you a peace of mind after the team leaves.
Hands down the best moving company. Dieter and his team are professional, caring and pay special attention to detail. The team went above and beyond to make our day as stress free as possible. We encountered issues with our estate and the team did everything they could to help us out. Carrying the furniture almost 100m with no fuss!!!

Had an absolutely wonderful experience with Dieter and Swiss Movers. A truly professional and efficient operation that was able to completely pack and unpack absolutely everything is half a day. Despite having many fragile items and even having some items disassembled before shipping, there wasn’t even a scratch to show for it and everything was kept together and resembled perfectly. I could not give them a higher recommendation. The movers were all truly helpful and really friendly.
